Philip SidneyLANGFORDOn 26th February 2023 Phil peacefully passed away at the RD&E Hospital. Loving husband to Norlene, dad to Kirsty and Gail and grandad to Molly, Finn, Matilda, Elliot, Jack and Francesca. He will be sadly missed by the many people whose lives he touched. Funeral Service Friday 24th March Exeter Crematorium 1.30pm St. Peter's Chapel. No flowers but if desired donations to Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI).
